Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Purchasing at Stockhouse Interiors LTD is an acceptance of our trading terms.
Please ensure that items purchased for the required area fit as we will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot fit.
Delivery: All orders are delivered by either Stockhouse Interiors delivery teams or third party delivery depending on location. If goods are in stock delivery is typically made within one to three weeks from receipt of an order. This can often be quicker and is dependant on delivery volumes. A member of our sales staff will be in touch within 24 hours of receipt of your order to provide you with an estimated delivery date where possible.
There is a €20 standard delivery charge on all Clearance models.
If due to circumstances outside your control you are unable to accept delivery when your goods arrive in to us we are happy to store your goods Free of Charge in our warehouse for a maximum period of 4 weeks, providing the goods have been paid for in full within 7 days of notification of availability. If after this period you are still unable to accept delivery then a further 4 week storage facility will be available, however, a storage fee of €40 per week will apply. We are unable to extend storage facilities beyond this period.
Should you wish to change the delivery address of your order prior to delivery please contact us on 074 97 25367 or email [email protected]. There is no charge for this service. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made, delivery times quoted on your order are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you when your goods arrive into our warehouse and they will arrange a delivery appointment with you.
Damages policy – All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to: [email protected]
Back order – If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and place the item on back-order for you. Should you wish to cancel the item, a full refund will be issued.

Competitions – Any promotional activity (contests and sweepstakes) that is hosted on Stockhouse Interiors social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the platform itself and are run exclusively by Stockhouse Interiors. By entering into any promotional activity the entrant releases the social platform from any responsibility.

Win Your Dream Bedroom Competition: Entry is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland except employees (and their families) of the participating company. The winners must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. The prize as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. No bulk or third-party entries allowed. Closing date as specified on the competition post. In addition to our standard prize draw rules, the following terms and conditions apply to this prize. The closing date for entries is 30th June 2019. There is no cash alternative for this prize. If the prize is not available it will be substituted with something of equal or greater value. Open to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents only. The winner must be aged 18 years or over. The video shown is for illustrative purposes only. This promotion may be conducted over several different websites simultaneously. The winner will be chosen at random and will be allowed to choose bedroom furniture from Stockhouse Interiors to the Stockhouse Interiors store value of €2000.
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Stockhouse Interiors. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and policies will apply.
We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.
Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below).
Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a Credit Note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below).
You will however be responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item. Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.
Special Order and Made to Measure or Bespoke Items
In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to accept the return of a special order and made to measure or bespoke items.
For orders of special orders and made to measure or bespoke items ordered in-store a 30% deposit is required to secure that order. Should we agree to accept the cancellation of your order we reserve the right to keep your deposit.
For online sales of special order/made to measure items or bespoke items, that we agree to accept as a return, we reserve the right to withhold 30% of the value you paid to purchase the item.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will ensure to remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.

Stockhouse Interiors has the right to Repair, Replace or Refund the faulty items for the customer. If a refund is deemed appropriate then the full purchase price including delivery charge (if applicable) for defective or faulty items will be given.
